Dr. Wang is the Dean and Professor at Florida State University College of Nursing, and Adjunct Professor in Biomedical Informatics and Public Health at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Her leadership focuses on interprofessional education, innovation, and research on digital health and health equity. She’s President of the Asian American/Pacific Islander Nurses Association, and Board of Directors at National Coalition of Ethnic Minority Nurses Association. She’s a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and National Academy of Medicine Emerging Leader in Health and Medicine, and Board of Trustee of Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. As a Health and Aging Policy Fellow and American Political Science Association Congressional Fellow, she was a Senior Scientific Advisor to Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), and is a senior policy advisor at Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC).
