Carolyn Sun, PhD, RN, ANP-BC is an Assistant Professor at Hunter College in the School of Nursing.
Dr. Sun also holds an adjunct faculty position at Columbia University School of Nursing, and is a Nurse Scientist at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell. She also serves as the co-chair of the Digital Communications Community for the American Medical Informatics Association, Nursing Informatics Working Group. Dr. Sun’s research is focused on the use of technology to improve nursing practice and patient outcomes with a particular interest in how to reduce disparities in healthcare through the use of artificial intelligence.
