Renee Rassilyer-Bomers serves as Chief Nursing Officer for Providence Swedish Cherry Hill, and Chief Nursing Officer for Providence Swedish Central Service Area overseeing clinical operations, quality, and nurse education. She also serves as an associate teaching professor at Seattle University College of Nursing. Dr. Rassilyer-Bomers serves as a board member and Treasurer of the Clinical Placement Northwest (CPNW) collaborative, board member and co-chair for the SEIU Healthcare 1199 NW Multi-Employer Training Fund, board member of Healthcare Career Advancement Program (HCAP), and member and co-lead of the UW Bothell Healthcare Advisory Committee. She is passionate about education, training, and community collaboration to better serve patients, particularly vulnerable populations. Furthermore, Dr. Rassilyer-Bomers participates in nursing policy and procedure development, evidence-based practice projects, research, and residency program development to further grow staff and improve patient outcomes. Most recently, her work on promoting vaccinations and facilitating COVID-19 response demonstrates her passion for public health and nursing workforce.

Dr. Rassilyer-Bomers holds a BAH, BSN, MSN, DNP from Seattle University.
